One example would be preparing your mouth by stretching it. I show how I do this in the video but even that small thing can make a big difference because it helps keep you from tripping over your words. When you trip over your words it lessens your confidence because you made the mistake and then have to correct it. If it happens over and over again that feeling gets worse and it will show in your video."
